What's the difference between normal nail glue, removable nail tabs and solid nail tips gel?

- Nail Tabs: For the fashion-forward individuals who love to switch up their nail styles frequently, our nail tabs are the way to go! These adhesive tabs hold nails securely for up to a week and are incredibly easy to remove, making it hassle-free to change your nails to match your daily outfits and moods.
- Solid Gel Glue: For a truly durable and flexible option, our solid gel glue requires application with an LED light. With this method, your gel nails can last up to a month, ensuring a salon-quality manicure that endures. Moreover, once you're ready to remove them, the nails can be easily reused for future application, making it a sustainable and cost-effective choice.

Can I cut or shape Glamade nails?
Yes, you can trim or shape Glamade nails to achieve your desired length and shape (or you can contact us for extra shape and length). However, we recommend using a gentle file or nail clipper specifically designed for artificial nails to prevent damage.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, you are able to re-use the press-on nails. Glamade nails using the highest quality press-on nails for the maximum durability. Our nails are reusable for up to 30 times! However, please keep in mind that this depends completely on lifestyle. To prolong the lifespan of your Glamade nails, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or prolonged submersion. Additionally, it is best to handle the nails with care and avoid excessive force or pressure.
How long will the nails stay on?
The durability of our press-on nails differs depending on the gel used, lasting anywhere from a week to a month. Use removable gel tabs for short-term wear of about a week and consider gel glue or our LED solid nail tip gel for extended wear of 2-4 weeks.
How do I care for Glamade nails?
To prolong the lifespan of your Glamade nails, we recommend avoiding excessive exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or prolonged submersion. Additionally, it is best to handle the nails with care and avoid excessive force or pressure.
What's included in the nail kit?
Each set of nails includes 10 nails stored in an acrylic box. All kits include two alcohol pads, a nail file, a cuticle stick, gel glue, and removable nail tabs.
Where are Glamade press-on nails made?
Glamade press-on nails are designed in Toronto and proudly made in China. We have partnered with skilled nail artisans in China to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in every set of Glamade nails.
Are the materials used in Glamade nails of high quality?

Are Glamade nails safe for daily wear?
Yes, Glamade nails are designed to be safe for daily wear. The materials used in our nails are non-toxic and free from harmful substances. However, it is essential to follow the proper application and removal instructions to maintain the health of your natural nails.
Are Glamade nails cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Glamade is committed to offering cruelty-free and vegan products. We do not test our products on animals, and our press-on nails do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Shipping & Returns
How can I track my orders?
Have an account?
Great! Login and head over to your Glamade account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!
Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for orders under $50 and FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for orders over $50. For specific shipping rates, please visit this page.
Where is my order coming from?
Currently all of the products will be shipped out from our Shenzhen warehouse in China
Is worldwide shipping available?
Yes! Glamade currently ships to select countries worldwide. Please check our shipping information here for the most up-to-date details on available destinations. Please feel free to contact us directly if your desination is not currently listed.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Please anticipate a 1-3 day product processing time. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days for orders within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. For international shipments, please allow 10-20 business days. For more detailed shipping information, please refer to this page.
How long does it take to receive pre-order items or my customized order?
Please note that pre-order and customized orders require a processing time of 15-30 days, in addition to our standard shipping time.
Will I be charged duties/customs fees on my orders?
For US/Canada/Australia/UK/Japan orders, duties and customs fees are included. However, for other international destinations, these fees are not covered. You will be charged by your country upon the order's arrival, and please note that we cannot control the fee amount.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Glamade, we take great pride in our meticulously handcrafted press-on nails. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our press-on nails. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, detailed images, and sizing information to help you make an informed purchasing decision.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping, which may result in damaged nails. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
If you receive a damaged set of Glamade nails, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly request that you provide clear photographs of the damaged nails to help us assess the issue. Our team will review your case and, if deemed valid, provide a refund for the damaged nails.
To initiate the refund process, please reach out to our customer service team via email or our designated customer support channels. We kindly ask that you include your order number, contact information, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to process your refund.
