EU Right of Withdrawal
This page is intended for customers residing in the European Union ("EU") who wish to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable under EU consumer protection law.
If you are not an EU customer, this page does not apply to your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders placed outside the EU are not eligible for withdrawal under this page and remain subject to our general store policies.

Conditions for withdrawal
If you are an EU customer and would like to request a withdrawal, please note the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Items must be shipped back to Glamade’s warehouse
- International return shipping costs are not covered by Glamade
- A refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they are in original condition
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized items
- Any item that has been opened
- Any item that has been used
- Any item not returned in its original condition
How to request withdrawal

After submitting your request, our team will review it and provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse and verified to be in original condition, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
Please note:
- Refunds are only issued for eligible returned items
- Original eligibility is subject to inspection upon receipt
- International shipping fees are not refundable
