If you are an EU customer and would like to request a withdrawal, please note the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened
• Items must be unused
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must be shipped back to Glamade’s warehouse
• International return shipping costs are not covered by Glamade
• A refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they are in original condition

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized items
• Any item that has been opened
• Any item that has been used
• Any item not returned in its original condition

Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse and verified to be in original condition, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
