  • Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
  • Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If your order consists of in-stock, pre-order and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change.
  • Deliveries may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Glamade does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Exchange and Return Policy

We kindly request that you provide clear photographs of the damaged nails to help us assess the issue. Our team will review your case and, if deemed valid, provide a refund for the damaged nails.

We kindly ask that you include your order number, contact information, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to process your refund.
