  • Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.
  • Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the dispatch date, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If your order consists of pre-order and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change.
  • Deliveries may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Glamade does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
  • Please be aware that tracking information will only be updated once the package arrives at its destination country. If your tracking information does not update past the estimated timeframe, or you haven't received your package beyond the expected delivery window, please contact Glamade. Otherwise, your package is still on its way to its destination country, and all status are normal.
  • Shipment to United States: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are expected to take 20 to 30 business days.

  2. Undeliverable Packages Due to Incorrect Shipping Information: It is essential to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details, we regret that we cannot forward, redeliver, or issue a full refund due to International shipments cannot be returned to our facility. Please double-check your shipping information to prevent any delivery issues.
  3. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our press-on nails, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. Each set is crafted with care and designed for single-use applications. If you receive a damaged set of Glamade nails, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged nails to help us assess the issue. Our team will review your case and, if deemed valid, provide a refund for the damaged nails.

Initiating a Refund for Damaged Products: To initiate the refund process for damaged products, please reach out to our customer service team via email or our designated customer support channels. Include your order number, contact information, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to process your refund.
